Character: If there is one word to describe Blitz, it would be fun.

Blitz is fun because loves going places and is an easy traveling companion. He’s very social with both dogs and people. He’s confident and nothing bothers him. Also, he’s up for anything, has tons of energy and drive, and will eagerly engage in any type of game. He’s very easy to train because he learns quickly, tries hard and will stay engaged as long as he’s asked.

Blitz is fun because he’s feisty. He’s very tough and intense with an independent streak. He loves the “fight” and will give attitude right back.

Blitz is fun because he is also very fast. His reflexes are like lightning and he’s perpetually on the go. He does everything, good and bad, with gusto and speed.

And lastly, Blitz is fun because he’s affectionate, a snuggler and a just a little bit of a momma’s boy.

Character: Dasher is a super high-drive focused, athletic, friendly guy with excellent front and rear angulation.  He is an extremely powerful jumper but also has the ability to turn his body effortlessly. He is eager to please with a insatiable work ethic, though he does occasionally get impatient during the ‘learning’ phases.  He is a ‘black & white’ dog in the sense that he needs clear boundaries, if you leave a grey area for him, he’ll push his boundaries. He is joyfully obedient, loves toys, but also works for food. He loves agility, IPO, and obedience, but agility is his passion.

He has matured into a great family dog, and is wonderful with my son. He ignores him, never stresses when he is running around, and doesn’t chew on his toys – he knows what is his toy and what is the Nicolas’ toy. He has been a model family dog – loves hiking , going to the beach and going for long walks. He has learned fun games that the kids love like ‘Where’s Nicolas?’ which my son thinks is a blast. He also loves all new people and is happy to lean on newcomers to make them feel loved.

Character: When Sally came to me from California at the age of 15 weeks, it was love at first sight. She was so social and loved all people and also loved playing and tugging with everyone. For a little while I was concerned if she is too social and just wants to hang out with anyone, but soon we found our own way of training and nowadays Sally is concentrating really well on what we are doing. She still though loves coming into new places and given half a chance I will find her in the middle of a crowd “stealing the show” by trying to get someone to play with her. But I really love this “problem” and often we hear something like “if I could get a terv like Sally, I could take one”. Sally is a really nice dog both at home and to compete with. She is doing what I have taught her, so if we do mistakes I can just go and look in the mirror and ask myself what happened. We are now competing in the highest level in many disciplines, so hopefully we both stay healthy and can enjoy ourselves still many years to come.

Activities: Kin is currently competing in agility here in TN as our primary sport, and we are also training in IPO

Character: Kin is a sweetheart, who has huge drive, superb structure, athleticism, intelligence, biddability, and a clear-headed, stable temperament.

I have a pack of five dogs, and they don’t fight — at all. Kin and my big male 10 year old BC tend to pee on things simultaneously, rather than marking over each other — one of the most pleasant ways of having pack leadership pass from one generation to another. And Kin breaks up harassment from the younger BC, while letting my son’s 25 lb BC/terrier mix steal balls from his mouth and food from his bowl.

Kin doesn’t have a mean bone in his body — and I seriously value his good sense. This isn’t a performance trait, but Kin’s lack of aggression makes living with a big dog a joy. I don’t mean he lacks toughness — he is quite a tough dog both mentally and physically, but he rarely acts as though he needs to prove anything. He drops on command, especially when confronted by pretty bitches, puppies or small dogs. He makes 4 lb Yorkies comfortable coming up to him, even though he outweighs them by 70 lbs, and allows a friend’s somewhat reactive Min Schnauzer youngster to practice calmness around him.

Kin is a heart dog.

Activities: Currently in Agility training and will begin Canine Good Citizen Certification later this year.

Character: Zion is the most well adjusted dog that we have ever owned. He lives to please us and has no issues about other dogs, animals, or people. He is beautiful and full of energy. Always ready to play or train. Zion received the “nudge” gene from Wings and will continue to bring toys and will push to be petted at all times. Down time is short and rare. Has to be in a lap while watching TV, but will take frequent breaks to get a toy, just in case you needed to throw something. Works mostly for toys. Treats are not needed.

Zion loves to swim and is aware of everything around him. The early puppy training before leaving Rob and Derede has kept him calm during Thunder Storms and other loud noises. He is super smart and will trick our other dog to get a toy that she may have. All he needs to do is get up and check the French doors into the back yard. She drops the toy to go check and he is back in a flash to snag the toy. We could not be happier with our boy. He is a joy to be around and a crowd pleaser when in public.

Character: Roku is very kind and lovely boy. I paid attention to the yellow boy of the very first video that I saw. He had the attitude and humor when he played with his siblings. Amused me also when Roku was little clumsy compared to the two sister Sally and Redi. Today, it is no longer much notice, even though the Redi amount of volume and pace of play.  Roku is a very sociable, gets along well with people and dogs, especially girldogs. He also loves tugging and he is always ready to work

Character:  Incredibly smart and funny; she gives our older Terv [Shadow; Wings’ nephew] a run for his money.  She loves to tug, has high prey drive, and is very food motivated.  She loves water and drenches herself quite regularly, then comes into the house, tail wagging at full force as she rubs up against our couch.  She is very fast.  When Bruce throw tennis balls up the hill behind our house she runs as fast as Shadow who is two inches taller and nine pounds heavier.  She is definitely a morning dog.  She sleeps in her crate very nicely, but as soon as she wakes up, her tail starts wagging and she gives you a toothy grin.  She immediately jumps up on our bed and snuggles into my pillow, and me if I haven’t gotten up yet.  She will try to herd our kitties, but they have taught her that this isn’t a good idea.  She is also a creature of habit, and likes having a routine.  She will prod me away from the computer when I’m working to let me know it’s time for fun, petting, or a treat; usually in that order.  We love her beyond words, and we can’t imagine not having her in our lives
