Character:  Em is a happy energetic dog. She is outgoing and loves people and dogs.  She would love to be on the go all the time, chasing a ball or Frisbee, going for a walk ,chasing birds,or just exploring.She loves running around with her favorite toy,a rubber squeaky spiky ball, in her mouth. She is able to easily settle down and relax, which is helpful with my erratic schedule.  She is affectionate when she first wakes up but then is ready to get a move on and is somewhat independent. I am doing agility training with her.  She is very good in the poles( can do 12), has a good teeter (I was worried as she was a bit loud noise averse), and we are working on a stopped dog walk (have to get ahead somewhere). I am using the Manners Minder to train a running Aframe- a work in progress. She also has a good start line.

She is motivated by both food and toys – she loves her ball and tugs, but also loves food. I try to do toys with sequences, weaves poles and teeter, but opt for food for board work. She tends to choose food over toys while working.

Character: Ruby, like her mom D’Air, is a sensible, happy fine-boned girl with excellent angulation front and rear. She is always eager to work and shows the promise of plenty of speed and tight turning in agility; we think her calm confidence and her full mouth grip bode well for IPO also.
